What beef lover would not love Dionne's update on beef tornadoes? His Walker's Cay Tornadoes feature one of the pair with balsamic caramelized red onion and the other on brie with a meritage wine sauce. Another outstanding entrée used blueberries as a topping on a generous bone-in grilled pork chop with a garnish of tropical platanos rolled in toasted coconut. "The Bag" came in a Chinese bamboo steamer with meaty gulf grouper steamed in fish fume accompanied with fresh vegetables and sticky rice. "Tuna in a Penguin's suit" married pan-seared yellow fin tuna crusted with black and white sesame seeds. Under the tuna are icy pasta noodles tossed with julienned vegetables and a rich oriental ponzu sauce.

Wait until you try the giant Cappuccino cups. Specialty coffee drinks such as the Turtle Café Breve with caramel, hazelnut, almond, and chocolate with steamed half and half topped with whipped cream should not be missed. A great cup of coffee will go exceptionally well with one of Chef Dionne's
delicious desserts--the molded, chocolate. Bok Tower filled with the mousse
of the day, the For the curious, the name LekaricA is a combination of part of the owner's first name. This restaurant, country inn and golf course are family owned with the parents and siblings as active participants. Like the name, the restaurant and your dining experience will be uniquely pleasurable and repeatable.
